Shipping policy

Please ensure your shipping address and information is correct. Once your order has been shipped, no adjustments are able to be made to change route. 

Our processing/shipping times are between 7-14 business days. "Business days" are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) rather than actual calendar days.

To provide ultimate freshness, we craft our products to order. We are honored and proud to offer this to you and to uphold our commitment of quality skincare ensuring peak freshness and potency. Although this may take a bit more time, we truly feel you will notice the difference. 

We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Once your package is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, we are no longer responsible, for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon arrival. If your package is marked delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further details. 

Warm Weather Shipping

Our products contain natural ingredients such as tallow, oils and butters. We do not use synthetic stabilizers, so our products are more susceptible to warm weather (softening and/or melting).

We do our best to ensure your order is packaged well, however, we cannot control the weather or transit times. During warm weather months (here in Texas, that is pretty much all year), we suggest monitoring your package and once it arrives, be sure to bring it inside as soon as possible. We also suggest upgrading your shipping so it can get to you quicker. By purchasing, you have consented to the possibility that your products could arrived in a melted, liquid or altered state. We cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges if the consistency has changed upon arrival. Please visit our FAQ page for tips on how to handle this scenario.
